Sean Ennis is a partner at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy and Kenney, concentrating his practice in the defense of complex personal injury claims, including the defense of medical and dental malpractice, product liability, premises liability and general liability claims. Mr. Ennis has successfully represented physicians, dentists, nurses and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters involving all medical specialties. His experience ranges from smaller claims to claims involving catastrophic injuries and death. Mr. Ennis also provides legal representation to health care providers in connection with proceedings before the Boards of Registration in Medicine and Dentistry. His practice includes the defense of clients in litigation in both state and federal trial courts and appellate courts. Mr. Ennis has been selected as a Rising Star in the 2008 edition of New England Super Lawyers.
