Caroline Ottoboni is an associate and trial attorney who focuses her practice on the defense of complex medical malpractice claims. Caroline graduated from the University of Oregon in 2018 and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2024. Prior to joining Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, Caroline assisted plaintiff-side attorneys in the greater Boston and Chicago areas, in a variety of civil litigation matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bites, and products liability. On an ad hoc basis, Caroline also acted as support for the firm’s criminal defense attorney assisting in trial preparation for OUI matters.

While earning her J.D., Caroline directly represented clients in landlord-tenant and eviction disputes under her 3:03 certification in Suffolk Law’s Accelerator Clinic; and was selected to participate in Suffolk Law’s Accelerator to Practice Program which was a comprehensive three-year program designed to prepare graduates for small firm practice, including specialized instruction in legal technology and law practice management.
