Lindsey Taylor focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims, motor vehicle accidents, and personal injury claims. Prior to joining Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney, Lindsey worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney under her 3:03 certification. There, she argued in front of the Boston Juvenile Court and the Dorchester division of the Boston Municipal Court handling various criminal matters.
Lindsey is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. She received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School, during which time she participated in the Prosecutor’s Clinic and the Walter H. McLaughlin Moot Court Competition. Lindsey also won Best Oral Advocate in Suffolk’s Legal Practice Skills course.
