MMM&K welcomes Jake T. Goldberg, Casey B. Houlton, and Edward P. Twohig as Law Clerks for Summer 2021. They will be joining the Product Liability Group and focusing on toxic tort, products liability, and general liability matters.
Jake T. Goldberg is a rising 3L at Boston College Law School. He received his undergraduate degree in 2019 from Tufts University. Jake is currently an editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal and is a member of the Boston College Legal Services LAB through its Civil Litigation Clinic. He previously interned with the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office in Cambridge District Court.
Casey B. Houlton is a rising 3L at Boston College Law School. She received her undergraduate degree in 2018 from Loyola University Maryland. Casey is currently an editor for the Intellectual Property Journal and a member of both the Women’s Law Society and the Health Law Society. She previously interned with the City of Newton Legal Department providing legal counsel to the city.
Edward P. Twohig is a rising 2L at Suffolk University Law School. He received his undergraduate degree in 2017 from Boston College. Ed is currently a member of the Business Law Association, the Real Estate / Trusts & Estates Association, and the Health & Biomedical Law Society. He previously worked in investor relations and has volunteered for Brockton City Council Campaign.
