Ted Mahoney has worked as a trial lawyer for over 35 years. He has tried high exposure general liability, product liability, professional liability, and employment discrimination cases. His practice has included trials in both state and federal courts, and oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals First Circuit, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has represented physicians before the Board of Registration in Medicine.

Mr. Mahoney is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, New England Super Lawyers and Massachusetts Super Lawyers.  He has been selected on several occasions as one of the top 100 attorneys in both New England and Massachusetts.  Mr. Mahoney has lectured on various trial topics at the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and he regularly speaks at Grand Rounds and other hospital and insurer programs.

Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Brown University (1980) and Boston College Law School (1985), where he was a member of the Boston College Law Review.
