John Garrasi is an Associate at Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney. He focuses on civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, product liability, general liability, and appellate matters. Prior to joining MMM&K, John worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm, where he assisted in a broad range of matters involving legal research, motion practice, discovery, and appellate briefing. Before entering the legal profession, John spent nearly eighteen years in management and operations roles, leading large teams and overseeing high-volume business operations. That experience informs his practical, disciplined approach to client service, case strategy, and problem-solving. During law school, John focused heavily on legal research and writing and developed a strong interest in complex litigation and emerging legal issues.
