Ted Mahoney has worked as a trial lawyer for over 25 years. He has tried high exposure general liability, product liability and professional liability cases. His practice has included trials in both state and federal courts, and oral arguments in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court. He has represented physicians before the Board of Registration in Medicine, and has defended employers in wrongful termination and discrimination cases.

Mr. Mahoney is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, New England Super Lawyers and Massachusetts Super Lawyers. He has been selected as one of the top 100 attorneys in both New England and Massachusetts (2013). Mr. Mahoney has lectured on various trial topics at the Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, and he regularly speaks at Grand Rounds and other hospital and insurer programs.

Mr. Mahoney is a graduate of Brown University (1980) and Boston College Law School (1985), where he was a member of the Boston College Law Review.
