Kate Kossoy is an Associate in MMM&K’s Product Liability and Toxic Tort practice group. She focuses her practice on toxic tort, product liability, and general liability matters. Since joining MMM&K as a law clerk in the summer of 2024, Kate has contributed to the firm’s defense of complex litigation matters. Kate also has an interest in silica litigation and has assisted in the firm’s product compliance practice.

During her time at Boston College Law School, Kate was a member of the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court team. She competed at the National Criminal Procedure Tournament in November 2024 where she finished as a quarterfinalist.
