Patrick Madaya is an attorney whose practice encompasses litigation and regulatory matters, including toxic tort, products liability, and general liability defense. Since joining MMM&K as a law clerk in the summer of 2024, Patrick has contributed to the development of client-centered litigation strategies and legal defenses in complex civil matters. He also draws on his background in intellectual property and business counseling to provide clients with comprehensive and practical legal solutions.

Patrick is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He earned his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he served as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. In that capacity, he advised clients on business formation, trademark protection, and best practices for sustainable growth.
